Windchill RIO - SRAM Third Party Study

Hi guys, what do you think about these third party studies? That is a pretty nice RIO there. Doesn't seem like anything fancy: repeatable product structure/data (WTParts), workflows (Change Management) and collaboration. I saw a neat number that said a quality issue cost 7 times more if it's found late in the process instead of early.
